Mother's Day!

I love Mother's Day. Every year it is different. This year we have church at 8:30, so Joe told me that I was not getting breakfast in bed. I was glad. I didn't want to have to wake up that early to eat it. The kids went up and sang to me with all of the other primary kids in church. It was my first time- Brynn wouldn't go up last year. This year she took Jaden by the hand and they walked up together holding hands. Melt my heart! I love that they have each other. Unfortunately they got stuck in the back and I couldn't see them. Break my heart! Maybe next year.
I did however get a delicious lunch made by Joe. He is a GREAT cook for those of you who didn't know. I got beautifully hand crafted cards from my sweet family. Love those! AND FOR THE BIG SURPRISE... I got the beautiful bench that goes with my kitchen table. WOO HOO!!!! Been wanting that for a long time! Joe was so sneaky. He had his parents bring it with them from Utah last week. (It was from a store we don't have here in Arizona) So sneaky! I love my bench. Thank you honey!!!

Brynn made me a lovely potpourri holder at preschool. She was so excited to have me open it. So sweet.



When I got Jaden after primary he handed me this cute picture. His teachers had written what he told them to write. I died laughing because he really does eat/want food all the time. He is a bottomless pit, I swear. I'm glad I am good for something! :)

Another great gift was my being able to just sit here and blog. Ye haw!
