Pie anyone?

So, I got all these yummy fresh peaches and Joe wanted a pie, so we made pie. I have made many a dessert, but not fresh peach pie. It wasn't hard, just, well, flaky. I wanted the lattice on the top. It is much better tasting with the lattice, right? We had a good time making it together, and it was delicious, but we decided that $7.00 was really cheap for all the work that goes into a pie and we would just let Marie Callender make it next time.
